We know how awkward it can be to come to a new church.
But let us calm your uneasiness
by allowing Elim to welcome you as our guests.

Please make use of all the opportunities for learning, worship and fellowship that take place on Sunday mornings. Or if you prefer, take part in the various weekday programs that are offered at Elim Lutheran Church.

  1. What to Expect on Sunday Morning
Education Hour begins at 9:00 a.m. There are classes for children ages 3 through Adults. The children gather together in Elim’s Fellowship Hall located on the lower level at 9:00 a.m. for music then go by class to their rooms. The Middle School (6th & 7th grade) students go immediately to the Youth Room, also on the lower level and the Adult Class meets in the Fireside Room, just to the left of the main entry on the upper level.

  1. Parking
Upon arriving at Elim you will notice there are two parking area; a smaller area on the lower level and the main parking lot just above the church. As a guest of Elim you are invited to park in one of our designated “Visitor” spaces.

  1. Worship
Greeters will welcome you as you enter the worship space and an usher will provide you with a bulletin and answer any questions you might have. You will not be singled out as a visitor but instead you will be invited to see yourself as a part of the greater church of faith. Biblical preaching, music and prayer are important parts of our worship. On the first and third Sundays of the month Elim invites you to the table of the Lord as we receive from him his Holy Communion. Finally, as our guest, please do not feel compelled to share in the offering unless you feel the Spirit leading you to. Elim members view ministry as a privilege and we want this to be our stewardship gift to you.
